1. Who we are
D&L Project56 EOOD (Bulgaria, EIK 208418815, VAT BG208418815, registered in Sofia) is the provider of the DL Academy service at academy.dlproject.io. Contact: info@dlproject.io. Full details are in the Impressum.
2. What the service is
DL Academy is an exam preparation tool. It holds questions, answers, explanations, legal sources and a tutor that answers only within the scope of the question you have open. The tutor is artificial intelligence (AI) — a language model, not a person and not an instructor. The same goes for Lina, the guide on the landing page: she is artificial intelligence (AI) too. The modes are "Learn", "Weak points" and "Exam".
3. What the service is not
This is preparation and revision. It is not accredited training and it issues no certificate — a certificate comes only from an official centre. DL Academy is not an official examination centre, not an authorised training provider, and is not affiliated with any examining body. Nothing on this site is legal advice or a guarantee that you will pass.
4. Access and the group code
4.1 Access to the questions runs through a group access code issued by an instructor or training organiser. The code is not a personal account — there is no registration, no password and no user profile.
4.2 The code is intended for the members of the group it was issued to. Sharing it outside that group is not permitted and may lead to the code being withdrawn.
4.3 We may withdraw or replace a code without prior notice, in particular if it has been abused or published.
5. Your obligations
5.1 You use the service for your own study and preparation.
5.2 Automated harvesting of the content (scraping), circumventing rate limits, or attempting to reach the question bank outside the application is not permitted.
5.3 The questions, answers and explanations may not be resold or republished as your own.
5.4 Do not enter personal data — yours or anyone else's — into the tutor conversation. See the Privacy Policy.
6. The tutor and artificial intelligence
6.1 The tutor is artificial intelligence (AI) — a language model, not a person. Its answers are generated automatically and may be incorrect or incomplete. The official regulation and the official exam material prevail, not the tutor.
6.2 The tutor is restricted to the topic of the open question. Off-topic questions are refused.
6.3 Requests are rate-limited per visitor and there is a daily cap for the service as a whole. Once a cap is reached the tutor stops answering for a while. The tutor may be switched off without notice.
7. Content and accuracy
7.1 The questions come from publicly available catalogues. Some answers have not yet been through expert review; such answers are used at your own risk and the official material prevails.
7.2 An unreviewed answer is not marked as such in the application. So the rule in 7.1 applies to the whole of the content: wherever there is any doubt, the official regulation and the official exam material prevail, not what is written here.
7.3 We try to keep the content correct and current, but we do not guarantee it.
8. Progress and on-device data
8.1 Your progress (results, attempts, question status) is stored locally in your browser (`localStorage`), not on our server and not against your name.
8.2 Clearing your browser data clears your progress. An "Export progress" button is provided so you can keep your own copy.
9. Availability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may change, suspend or discontinue it.
10. Price
Practising in DL Academy is currently free for users with a valid group code. If that changes, the change will be published in advance and will not apply retroactively.
11. Intellectual property
The application, its design, the explanations, translations and tutor prompts are the property of D&L Project56 EOOD. Official regulatory texts and official question catalogues belong to their respective publishers.
12. Limitation of liability
12.1 We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost income, or the outcome of an exam.
12.2 We do not guarantee any result, grade or pass on any examination.
12.3 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.
13. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The current version is always published on this page with its revision date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version.
14. Governing law
The laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU regulations apply. Disputes are resolved first by negotiation and thereafter before the competent courts of Bulgaria.
