Refund policy for DL Academy (academy.dlproject.io), a service of D&L Project56 EOOD, Sofia, Bulgaria, EIK 208418815, VAT BG208418815.

This is a placeholder text carrying the full and accurate substance of the rules; the legal wording will be polished later. The rules stated here apply as of today.

What you are buying

DL Academy sells digital content with immediate access: an access code that opens the question bank, the explanations and the tutor straight away. There is no physical delivery and no delivery period — the service starts being used the moment the code reaches your inbox.

Waiver of the 14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU law a consumer has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends as soon as delivery begins, provided the consumer has expressly consented to this and has acknowledged it.

For that reason, at checkout you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately and that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. That consent is requested as a separate confirmation before payment and is recorded with the purchase.

When a refund is still given

A refund is granted only if the service technically does not work — for example:

A refund is not given because the material turned out to be harder than expected, because an exam was failed, because you changed your mind, or because the code was left unused until it expired.

How to request a refund

Write to info@dlproject.io with the date of purchase, the e-mail address the code was sent to, and a short description of the fault. You get an answer within 5 working days. An approved refund is returned by the same means used for payment.

The result is not refundable

DL Academy is preparation and practice. It is not accredited training and it issues no certificate. Passing the official exam is not guaranteed and is not a ground for refund.
